What an amazing summer and fall we’ve been having and it’s so close to coming to an end. With Fall in full swing perhaps you’ve been thinking about ways to make the most of the nice fall weather and trying to find more ways to add being more active to your schedule. Fierce Fit and Paradise Fields are working together again to offer you an opportunity to be part of our outdoor Bootcamp so you get to be outside and be active with a 6 week Bootcamp session starting November 7th!
This 6 week series is going to be on Sundays this time around and each participant gets a smoothie after the fun and challenging workout.
Fierce Fit Bootcamp at Paradise Fields are offering a 6 week fitness program consisting of one-hour workout sessions, once a week on Sundays. The classes are conducted under the guidance of certified group fitness instructors Sophie Roque and Christina Meyer. Our workouts welcome adults of all skill and abilities. Whether your desire is to lose weight, or work on your endurance, or to get stronger our workouts will help you reach your goals.
Our classes are a fun mix of strength, endurance and conditioning moves. Sophie and Christina are fun and friendly and the workouts are not intimidating. They are designed for every body and every ability. But should you have trouble with any of the suggested exercises, modifications will be shown. You’ll finish the class feeling inspired, encouraged and accomplished.
