Low impact
A little out of my comfort zone here with my first cardio kickboxing class. It was so much fun to do! This kickboxing workout is full of exercises that are inspired by boxing and kickboxing moves that will get that heart rate up, help burn fat, improve endurance and will have you seriously sweaty by the end!
Today we’re working on pushing our endurance by working for 1:30 and resting for 30 seconds. This will give you a great muscle burn and the sweat will be dripping!
A 35 min class with Tabata style timing (20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest) all focused on the upper body. This class will get your chest shoulders and back stronger with using only dumbbells.
