Our current schedule of classes:

Monday12:00 pm Stretch 30 minutes
7:00 pm 30-45 mins
Tuesday6:45 am
7:00 pm 30 minutes
Wednesday6:45 am
12:00 pm 30 minutes
Thursday6:45 am
7:00 pm 30 minutes
Friday6:45 am

All levels are welcome to any class, the other ones are just longer than then 30 minutes and we always show modifications. Sunday classes to be announced
